The membership of the Auburn Williams Foundation consist of those individuals who are members in good standing of the Auburn Williams Lions Club.  There is no dues payable to the Auburn Williams Lions Foundation by any member.

Membership into the Auburn Williams Lions Club is by invitation.  Membership is open to anyone 18 years of age or older.
